This is the 3rd time I've worked with Jessica. She was amazing the first and second time and not sure if she was overloaded or something else was going on, but she started out great for this project then it was difficult to get a hold of her and the gig dragged on. I did have several rounds of revisions, as well, but it took days to hear back from my revisions, causing me to be late on this project. Jessica ended up doing a good job in the end and does good work. I was just not as satisfied with her communication this time.
